Meet John Smith, John is a regular hard working guy like and you me. John's business was doing well but he didn't spend any time tracking his expenses and costs all he knew that each month his expenses were less than his costs and that he could easily support his family month to month and put aside a nest egg. Most importantly he wasn't filling out any forms! In comes Red Tape Inc.

Red Tape Inc. knows that business isn't business without the process. Before Red Tape Inc. entered the scene John would simply get a call from a customer for custom furniture, agree to a price and the design and then build it, he didn't have one form in the process.

Now thanks to Red Tape Inc. John has customers "pre-qualify" via his website. They then print out two copies of the form and mail one to John. When the form arrives John verifies that it is the same as on the website. Next in the process he re-enters the form from the potential customer and then sends both an email, via the internet, and then sends back a copy of the approved form. The customer follows the link in the email to verify the order once again then signs the mailed form and mails it back to John. Now John can finally begin work now that all of the proper forms have been filled out. When he is about half way through the process, he snaps a picture of the work and requests payment wherein he mails a form and a photo, after sending an email to announce the arrival of the form, he waits until the form sent with picture has been returned and then finishes up the work. Sends, in triplicate, invoices and waits for payment.

Without the help of Red Tape Inc. John would still be in the dark ages and formless.
